Living space

There is one bathroom very modern with a state-of-the-art steam-bath cabin.The kitchen has everything that you may need from microwave to grill.The dinning room has seats for six persons.The living room which looks outside to the garden and has many exits has a TV, VCR with many videos especially for the children,DVD, SAT TV, Stereo system, A/C, and seating for five persons.A billiard is also set up in that area.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms sleep five people very comfortably.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed and a computer for internet access and the second room is actually the childrens room and has three single beds.

Outdoors

In the 5 acres garden of the villa there is a large pool and the BBQ just beside of it.There is 5x5 mini soccer field where twice every week matches take place with the participation of the guests if wanted!A half basketball court, table tennis, and kids playground are also available in different areas of the big garden.
Many trees allaround with a view of the forest and part of the sea.

Local information

The port of Rafina is the second most important in Attica after Piraeus.Its a small port actually, but most of the Aegean islands are accesible by the ships, Catamarans and flying dolphins of Rafinas port.Daily excursions available too.At the centre there are many shops,restaurants and tavernas.From Rafina you can easily visit all east Attica and its beaches especially Schinias the most popular beach in Attica.Many archaelogical sites also within a few minutes distance.Printed informations provided on how and where to go by the homeowners.
Athens is not more than one hour driving and its easilly accessible , even by the metro (40 minutes drive to the closest station).If total in party do not exceed four persons, then a personal driver can take you for a tour of Athens.There are many great places to eat real Greek food.
