Living space

Kitchen with hatch opening onto living/dining area and glazed doors opening onto verandah with further dining area, large plunge pool, gas BBQ and lounging area. All bedrooms are airconditioned with ensuite bathrooms and sitting area. All living rooms and dining patio are cooled by ceiling fans. There is on-site security and a safe in bedroom one.

Bedrooms

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a 6 foot bed; bedroom two has a 5 foot bed (these are on the first floor). On the ground floor, opening onto the patio, is bedroom three, with 2 x double (4ft6in) beds). There is ample wardrobe space in each bedroom.

Outdoors

Sanctuary Resort has well-maintained communal gardens. Villa Pelican has large verandah areas for dining, sitting and lounging, with a large (10 ft x 8ft) plunge pool when you need to cool down.

Local information

Villa Pelican is 15 minutes from Crown Point International Airport. It is a 4 minute drive from beautiful Stonehaven Beach and close to many other stunning beaches including the famous Pigeon Point. There are numerous restaurants within 3 to 15 minutes drive.

The capital town, Scarborough is a 20 minute drive away. There is easy access to scuba diving, catamaran, wind-surfing and deep sea fishing facilities. Golf is available at the nearby Mount Irvine and Hilton Hotels. Adjacent to the Villa Pelican site is a protected nature reserve swarming with bird life. The main rainforest reserve is easily accessible.

Everything on Tobago is within a 1 and a half hour drive of Villa Pelican!
