Introduction

Villa Los Pinos is twenty minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops of Moraira. It is detached has air-conditioning and three twin bedded rooms sleeping up to six people. There is a private 9m x 4m swimming pool, a jacuzzi, barbecue and sun terrace.

Living space

On the first floor is a spacious lounge with air-conditioning unit, satellite television and video with double doors leading out on to a partly covered balcony with table and chairs.
There is a separate, kitchen dining room with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine with a door leading out to the pool area and a full bathroom.
Both the kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

Bedrooms

On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, one with an air-conditioning unit and one sharing the lounge unit. The third twin bedroom is on the ground floor with its own air-conditioning unit and separate entrance and a large en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.

Outdoors

The private pool is kidney shaped approximately 9 metres by 4 metres with roman steps and a ladder. There is a jacuzzi and a barbecue with shaded area for al fresco dining.
The garden surrounding the villa is planted with shrubs and trees.
There is space to park two cars on the driveway.

Local information

Moraira is a small friendly town with a lovely sandy beach, marina, restaurants and a market every Friday. There is also an excellent small restaurant 50 metres from the villa.
A short drive will take you to the beautiful Jalon Valley with its citrus and almond groves and up to the Bernia mountain for some spectacular views. The nearby towns of Calpe and Javea are worth a visit as well as the village of Gata that is famous for its cane furniture. Nearby you will also find a safari park, caves and the Disney style theme park of Terra Mitica at Benidorm.
