Living space

One of Marco Islands largest and most luxurious waterfront rental homes and only one block to Tigertail Beach. It is newly furnished and is fully equipped with all amenities.

Comfort and elegance come together in this fabulous three-story home. It has a mangrove buffer to Tigertail beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The house is air conditioned with 5 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and 3.5 baths. Two of the 5+ bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home. Close to shops, restaurants, sport rentals, golf, tennis, and charter fishing.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the house, but that we do accept smoking on the lanai if guests must smoke.

Ideal for 2 or more families or couples. It has a formal entry, 3 living rooms, dining room, large kitchen with eat-in bay window, utility room, lanai (screened in porch), three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-made draperies are also offered. Enjoy views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view.

Outdoors

Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool which has sun throughout the day, a playground area with sand for the children, and an outdoor grill for barbecuing. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. We also have a 56ft dock for fishing. At Tigertail beach there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, lockers, restrooms, showers, and you can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream there, too. We are only a block from Tigertail beach. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them from the porch.

Marco Island is only 50 miles south of the Fort Myers Airport. Just 4 hours from Disney, 9 miles west of Coral Isles Factory Outlet Mall, 20 miles south of Naples, 90 miles west of Miami, and 20 miles north of the Everglades.
