Our vacation rentals (3) are 1200 Sq. Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanai's overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on 13 acres. Located on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. Two suites are beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The third is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the unit with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court. There are 4 adult bikes with helmets in the first floor storage locker for your use throughout the island. The kitchens and master bathrooms were remodeled with all-new cabinets and appliances.

Living space

The bright and airy suite, sleeping up to six people, is on the first floor and comes complete with a multitude of amenities such as air conditioning, 2 phones, 3 TVs with cable, stereo and CD player.

The private screened balcony with table and chairs offers the perfect place for a cold drink and a good book.

You can prepare home cooked meals of your choosing in your full kitchen featuring a microwave oven, cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and outside grills.

Bedrooms

Two large bedrooms featuring king and twin beds, with plenty of closet space. There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

Outdoors

Spend lazy days on the pristine, white sand beach with sparkling blue water soaking up the sun and forgetting your worldly problems. Enjoy stress reducing activities at Sandpiper Beach from shuffleboard to tennis, both a mere 100 feet from your door. Breath in fresh ocean air as you explore the area via bicycles (including helmets) on the many bike paths throughout the island, courtesy of Sandpiper Beach Condominium. Every type of boating and water sport is available and if you've never gone scuba diving this is the place to learn.

A gorgeous palm lined swimming pool, in view from your condo, continually beckons for a dip. Excellent fishing and a beautifully kept golf course add to your enjoyment. An early evening stroll along the private boardwalk to Gulf beach is perfect way to wind the day down before dinner. Be sure to spend an afternoon at the wonderful J.N. "Ding" Darling Bird Sanctuary for a unique experience or climb aboard a cruise ship with Casino day/night trips for a rousing good time. Great shops and exceptionally fine restaurants compliment this fabulous island.
