The open plan kitchen is fully fitted out with cupboards and working space. In addition to an automatic washing machine, a large fridge/freezer and a microwave there is an electric kettle, iron/ironing board and ample crockery
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped in the Menorcan style with shower, bath and bidet.

Bedrooms

The two twin bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and all beds have interior sprung mattresses. There are large fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. Additional blankets and pillows are also available. There is ample room to accomodate a cot or z-bed if required

Outdoors

There is a large rear sun terrace equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. The apartments are set in well maintained and colourful gardens.

Local information

Addaia is located on the north coast of the island close to the beautiful and popular horseshoe shaped beach of Arenal Den Castel. Just 10 miles from the airport, and well known for its marina, it is perfectly located for exploring the many and varied beaches and beauty spots. Both Mahon and Cuitadella are a pleasant drive away whilst for the gourmet Fornells, famous for its lobster dishes is close by.
