Toilet on both floors. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower/bath, sink, toilet, bidet. Downstairs are individual showers off the bedrooms and a shared toilet.

Outdoors

The villa is set on 500 square meters of grounds with an enclosed mature garden of Provencal plants. Outside includes:

fountain, which can be used by young ones to play in or bath in.
2 terraces one south facing and one north facing

parking area for 1 car within grounds and 3 cars at front of property

Heliport - 500 meters with 6 minute transfer to Nice airport every 30 minutes or less during summer and conventions. Also access to Monte Carlo and St Tropez, however as it goes out to sea, you do not hear it.
La Croisette - 30 seconds walk, this is the famed palm lined boulevard running along the sea in Cannes
