Living space

The Chalet has 3 large and 1 small bedrooms, living room, large circular dining bay, laundry room, ultra-modern kitchen and bathroom facilities (2 full- and 2 half-baths), a wet bar, 2 independent phone lines with modem receptacle, 117V/220V equipped office area with fax machine, stereo, in-tercom, fully furnished and equipped for worry-free move-in for long or short stays, a four-car heated garage and porch, wood balconies and a large flagstone terrace for sunbathing or entertainment. The Chalets open-beamed ceiling, carpeted parquet floors and Norwegian decorated Kachelofen complete its rich and comfortable environment. Central heating is available year-round.

Bedrooms

Three of the bedrooms are large, carpeted, with queen-size beds, large armoire, vanity desk, and have views over the mountains. The fourth is small with two single beds, restricted view. The master bedroom shares a fully equipped bathroom with the small bedroom on the main floor. The other bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom on the upper storey. All bedrooms have large windows with double or triple pane glass for excellent insulation.

Outdoors

The garden consists of a large flagstone terrace with fountain, a grassy knoll and paths around the structure.

Local information

Morissen is situated at 1400 meters (4500 feet) elevation on the side of the 3000 meter high Piz Mundaun. The skilift station is 1500 meters down from the Chalet to which skiers can return on well groomed skitrails. In summer, hiking, hang-gliding, tennis, kayaking, swimming and biking are popular. Tennis and soccer courts are available within 15 minutes drive. A sports arena, many excellent restaurants and concert facilities are within a 20 kms radius.
