Living space

The spacious lounge has two sofas, ( one is a Queen size sofa bed ), 25 remote
control TV, VCR, stereo, coffee tables, table lamps, ceiling fan and overlooks the
South facing pool.

Dining in, is not compulsory, but should you wish to, there is a large formal dining
table in the dining area which will seat 6 adults.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with icemaker, electric cooker, built in
microwave, garbage disposal unit, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, and all the other
appliances and utensils that you would have in your own home. The eat-in kitchen has
a large round table with 4 chairs. There is a telephone (with free local calls).
International calls can be made with the use of a pre-pay phone card.

The family bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms, it has a bath
tub with a shower above, and a door leading onto the pool deck area.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms, and will sleep up to 8 people.( 6 in comfort ).

The master bedroom has a TV, twin bedside lamps, telephone, radio alarm clock, an en- suite
bathroom with a full-size step up Roman bath tub and a separate walk in shower, a
walk in closet, vanity unit with make-up lighting.

The guests bedroom 1 is located at the rear of the home with a large window
overlooking the pool, and has twin beds that can be brought together to make a full
size bed.

The guests bedroom 2 has twin beds and is decorated in traditional Disney style, with
Disney bed covers and accessories.

All the bedrooms have ample closet space.

Outdoors

The large pool ( heated if required ) is fully screened and illuminated, the rear garden is
fenced, and there is patio furniture, including loungers and a large BBQ on the
spacious pool deck, with a shaded covered area for eating under.

In the ( 2 car ) garage, there is a washing machine and dryer.
