There is a comfortable lounge with stone fireplace and wood burning stove,Dining Room with large circular table for 10/12 people and antique furniture.

The fully fitted oak kitchen has all the fitted appliances including, dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge freezer

Bedrooms

The 5 bedrooms consist of 1 kingsize, 2 double bedded rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms. Large bathroom with independant shower, shower room and 2 toilets. The house will easily sleep 10 adults plus a cot and bed settee.

Outdoors

The house is set on the edge oof the village in 4 acres with its own small wooded area. There is one of the best vistas in this part of France just 500m away behind our house. There are also many walks which also start from the house from 6 to 50kms of marked route

The house is set in an attractive village within easy driving distance if Le Bugue for the markets, banks, supermarkets etc. 30 mins to Domme, Les Eyzies with the Prehistoric cave paintings, Sarlat,Monpazier, Bergerac, Perigueux to name a few
