Living space

LIVING/FAMILY ROOM
The family room is open plan with 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, the latter converting to a double sofa bed. Multi channel cable TV, video and CD/HiFi player and ceiling fan.


DINING ROOM
The formal open plan dining room seats eight, so the family can relax and enjoy their meals after a day at the theme parks.


KITCHEN
Large dining/breakfasting kitchen, fully fitted and equipped to the highest standard, with all modern conveniences, including breakfast bar, cooker/oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and teapot.

A kitchen table and four chairs allow breakfast to be eaten with the sun shining through the window. All crockery and cutlery are provided together with glasses, utensils, iron and ironing board.

A door from the kitchen leads to the utility room with automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Bedrooms

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom with ceiling fan and multi channel cable TV has a queen size bed with bedside telephone. This bedroom overlooks the pool, has a large en-suite bathroom incorporating w/c, twin corner bath, shower, and a his hers vanity unit with twin hand basins. It has a very large walk in closet with a floor safe.


BEDROOMS 2, 3 AND 4
Bedroom 2 with multi channel cable TV and queen size bed also overlooks the pool. Bedrooms 3 4 have twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom with shower, bath and toilet facilities.

Outdoors

The sparkling swimming pool can be heated for the winter months and is fully lit in the long hot evenings. There is a covered porch for some shade when it gets too hot. The whole area is screened to keep out insects and to keep the pool clean. At the sunbathing deck area there are table/chairs BBQ and sun beds.

Local information

Eagle Pointe is an excellent choice if you want to be near all the amenities Orlando has to offer. Set in a quiet residential development with beautiful and prestigious homes just off highway 192, where you will find every type of restaurant, shopping malls, banks, entertainment and fast food outlets - and Disney is just 10 minutes away.

Orlando International Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive. All the Disney resorts, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM and Sea World are a 10 minute drive from the villa.

For golf lovers there are numerous courses in the area - the Disney public courses Palm, Eagle, Pines, Magnolia, and many many more including Highland Reserve, which is the best course in Orlando.
