Introduction

Our villa is in the Cape Coral Yacht Club area and is located on a deepwater canal with a gorgeous view of the river.The home features three bedrooms & three bathrooms, a heated pool and a large boatdock with sundeck. Cape Coral is a water sport paradise and Sanibel and Captiva islands and beaches are only minutes away by either boat or car.

Living space

The reception areas are open plan, with a Florida room area, TV lounge,breakfast area and dining area. A fully fitted kitchen. The TV has a DVD player and home theatre system.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. Two have King beds and one has a King Bed and a twin. Two bedrooms are ensuite and the third has a bathroom across a small alcove.All have cable TV.

Outdoors

The pool is heated (approx 30 feet by 15 feet)and has a southern exposure for sun all day (weather permitting) and covered by a large lanai.There is a spacious sunbathing area with ample room for bar-b-ques and relaxation. Form the pool you can access the large sundeck which is built over the water.The gardens are mature and tropical in nature, allowing for a lot of privacy.

Cape Coral is a watersports paradise.Our villa is literally minutes away from the islands and beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. For the shopper there are a number of outlet malls within a short driving distance. The local golf & country club is only minutes away and the Cape Coral yacht club and beach area are within walking distance.
