Living space

A spacious and airy living/dining area opens out to a covered deck, a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen completes the accommodation.The villa is fully furnished - including all linens, a microwave, CD player and cable TV

Bedrooms

This charming home easily accommodates 4 people comfortably. There are 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite - the master bathroom has a tub with a shower and the second bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have twin beds, which are easily converted into one comfortable king-size bed in each room.

Outdoors

The villa is on the main water line and also has its own reserve water tank. A pleasant breeze is present at most times and the house is fully screened and secure. The covered wooden deck brings the outside in, expanding the living area. The deck wraps around the house offering wonderful views and providing both shady and sunny areas all day long.The staff consists of a maid who cleans, washes and does the housework 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. She is also happy to assist in the kitchen and will cook if you provide the food and discuss the menu. She will also babysit by private arrangement. There is a gardener who comes weekly and the pool is serviced 3 times per week.Apart from the breathtaking views, the gardens offer a wide variety of tropical floras. There are orchids, hibiscus, bougainvillaeas, birds of paradise: and when in season, a broad selection of fruit and nut trees - coconut, almond, banana, orange, avocado, golden apple and, of course, cashew trees!

The property is managed by J.P. Services and Mrs. Joan Paul is available to answer any questions you may have. She will also assist with arrangements for any services you require - from car rentals, tours, taxis, deep sea fishing to registering your mobile phone so that you may use it in St.Lucia, etc. Joan Paul lives nearby in Coubaril and is easy to reach and most knowledgeable about the country.
