Living space

The comfortable Lounge has a satellite TV and Video (but remember to take your card). It is also well equipped with glass and crockery for both inside and outside use.

The kitchen leads off the lounge and has all mod cons with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. It also has the benefit of a fresh water drinking fountain which means you dont have to struggle from the supermarket with heavy containers of water.

Bedrooms

An archway from the lounge leads to the accommodation with a double room (with bathroom ensuite) and to two further bedrooms with their own bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and radiators!

Outdoors

The garden has a Bar-B-Q area providing a permanent sitting out area under the shade from a rattan roof. There is an outside fridge behind the bar area providing a cool place for food or drinks. Behind the area is a flood lit Boule area which is always a hit with the kids.

On the other side of the garden are peach, fig and lemon trees - please help yourself when in season.

The Terrace (or Naya) is real joy, we live on it in the summer. There is tiled table seating 6, a drinks table and two wicker chairs and a further mini table and chairs for young children to use.
You can see the pool from the terrace which enables parents to keep a good watch on the children enjoying the shade of the terrace.
The Naya looks out on the pool and BBQ area and has a pleasant view down to the sea.

Local information

Casa Al Mar is a delightful villa with many features not found in other villas. It is particularly secluded, as other villas do not over look it. It is very quiet, as Calle Manzano is a cul-de-sac so the bustle of the shops and main roads are 2 Km away. Many our guests book year after year, I hope you will try it.
