Living space

Caroline Court has been built to capture the natural breezes that occur up the Mountain to keep the inside of the house cool and comfortable in the hottest summers. The house catches the morning sun but is covered by shade before the mid-day sun.

The house is very much an open plan design. Notice that the house is actually a pole house, entirely supported on eight enormous poles driven into the mountain side. The poles run right through the house and are visible in every room. The living room opens out onto the downstairs veranda, and looks out over the pool area.

The downstairs veranda enjoys views out across the ocean and is a fully equipped with a gas BBQ and outside wood burner. The veranda leads down directly to the fenced pool area

Bedrooms

Upstairs you have three bedrooms. This is the main bedroom, which opens out onto the upstairs veranda, and has a beautiful view out to the Ocean over Mooloolaba. Table and chairs on veranda to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine! The main bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom including a romantic double shower and separate his and hers wash basins.

Local information

The villa looks out from Buderim Mountain across to Mooloolaba and out to Sea from large entertainment decks both upstairs and downstairs. Deep blue Ocean during the day, and the dancing lights of Mooloolaba at night
