Living space

Carinya is sympathetically furnished with period furniture, and is fitted with television, video, and a stereo system. As with all of our properties, full office and Internet facilities are provided for the guests.

Bedrooms

Carinya has 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite. Bed configuration 8211; 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, extra beds can be set up in the study by prior arrangement.

Outdoors

Carinya used to be an Avocado farm, and as such still yields a healthy organic crop of Avocado8217;s, Macadamia nuts, Lemons, passion fruit, mulberries, lychees and many other fruits. There is a kitchen garden from which you are welcome to pick vegetables and herbs. The land is irrigated from a large dam fed from several natural springs. The acreage is fully landscaped with many features for children and adults.There is also stunning waterfall edge swimming pool, spectacular views and sunsets over the Hinterland, a serene atmosphere and undercover parking.

It is located only 1.6 miles to Buderim Town Centre and 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, with easy access to Maleny, Montville and Flaxton, and a 30 min drive to Noosa. This is the perfect retreat for couples seeking a romantic and private getaway or for those couples whose children may enjoy exploring the property. We also offer a full on-site wedding service and are happy to arrange parties or functions at this location. A linen service is provided and we are happy to engage a Cook, Cleaner and Babysitter if you should desire any or all of these services.
