The holiday accommodation which sleeps up to 7+ a cot, comprises of a small patio garden leading into an open plan living/dining room and American style kitchen, on the first floor there is a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom including bunk beds and a bathroom, on the second floor there is a double bedroom and a further bathroom. There is also a roof terrace leading off the top bedroom. This property has satellite television, a video player with a selection of videos, a washing machine and a microwave.

Within the Urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes. There is also a small supermarket, which can supply all the essentials. There is a station nearby, Amerador, for the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway, which has stops all along the coast including San Juan, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.
