Our villa is situated in a quiet residential estate in Kissimmee, approx half an hours drive from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Sanford Airport ( the new airport being used by many charter flights ) and only half a mile from the attraction packed Highway 192. The location is perfect, quietly situated off the main road, yet close to many of the attractions, restaurants and shops which make this area so popular. Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Sea World , Universal Studios, Wet Wild etc. are only a short drive away. It is also an ideal base if you wish to travel and discover other parts of Florida. The Interstate 4 ( I-4 ) which runs East to West is just 10 minutes away, and the Florida Turnpike which runs from the Florida Keys straight up the East coast is just 15 minutes away. The beaches of the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessible and for golfing enthusiasts there are many excellent courses in the vicinity.
